PDH and the community are very proud to have raised $120,000 over six Golf events. This money has always been dedicated to specific allocated medical equipment within Portland District Health to enhance our services to the community

We sincerely hope that you will join with us in the opportunity to raise funds to be invested in the urgent replacement of 3 first line defibrillators at a cost of $16,000 each. Our first priority is in our Urgent Care Centre. It is imperative that we invest in this equipment to ensure the best outcome for these critical patients.

With something for everyone involved, we have been lucky to secure Kelly Cartwright (World Champion/Paralympic Gold & Silver medalist) as a special guest and inspirational key note speaker, hole-in-one competitions, music, delicious food, auctions, raffles and lucky door prizes. PDH are confident in gaining excellent community support in this exciting annual fundraising endeavor.

The competition has also gained an excellent reputation for quality prizes for the winning teams and other golf competitions.

4 person Ambrose-13 holes: $25 each player (one player per team requires a GA handicap) Assemble 1.15pm for 2pm shot gun tee off.

Dinner Golf Club: $50 per person, (Inclusive: entertainment live music, guest speaker, 2 course buffet) commences at 7pm
